Excellent experience. The staff were personable and friendly. Everything was well organized and efficient. We were seen promptly and the tech doing pre-testing was kind and explained everything as each test was performed. Dr. Austin Tran was friendly and knowledgable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Erika and the front office staff super helpful. Prescription always right. Fixed frame for free when I smashed my face into a metal fence post and bent the frame to hell and back. Great people.

I was very impressed walking into this place. It was my mom‘s first visit here. She is in a wheelchair, and is deaf. The ladies upfront treated her with kindness and respect, made us feel very welcome. First impressions do count. Dr Tran was so kind, Very patient. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so if you’re looking for eye care, with a welcoming environment, this is the place to go. My mother left signing 👍🏻 with a 😃.

I am a new patient and my contact lens exam was great, the doctor really took the time to explain what he was doing and listen to me. I also need to shout out the front office gals, Gabriella and Erika, they really seemed like they enjoy their jobs and were very helpful and kind! Thank you!
